Studio Policy
We understand that plans change. We simply ask for enough notice so we can offer your appointment to another client.
We kindly require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations and appointment changes.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are subject to a $50 fee.
No-shows may be charged the full treatment amount.
Membership treatments follow the same cancellation policy.
